I agree with this. There’s a lot of “not accepting responsibility” for the choices and actions people make in the collective. Like, nobody wants to take ownership of anything lol. All circumstances are different of course. But in general I’m seeing how people are putting the blame so to speak on the “devil” or other things.
Yeah I feel like we’ve been made to think that we have to be perfect beings. Which is detrimental because we then struggle with responsibility and accountability as though we’re infallible.
I agree and disagree. 😏 Yes, in an attempt to over spiritualize everything, there is a scapegoat that we call “the devil.” There is a level of personal responsibility involved and there is also an overarching current that drives our influences - that is the devil. This realm is his to roam.
This part tho!
“Because what if the real issue wasn’t an external devil sneaking in... but an internal one already living rent-free?”
We give the devil room to move because we accept a life unhealed - that takes personal accountability. Like the “possessions” that start with a curious ouija board interaction. 💁🏽♀️
Thank you for sharing your perspective and some of your worldview 🙏🏾. My issue is more so with how fear of the devil is often centered more than love for the divine. My voice note displays a lot of contempt for the expression 🤣 but that’s what’s behind it.
